We are Mailbox and Business Center Developers, a business development company which over the last two decades has started nearly 4,000 successful businesses for our clients with our proven concepts: Dollar Stores, Clothing Stores, Mail Box Stores, Teen Stores, Party Stores, Fitness Centers, and Frozen Yogurt Stores. An entrepreneur contacts us and wants to start one of the business concepts above. We then begin the process of helping them secure the financing they need, finding a location for their business, negotiating a beneficial lease, training them in the business side of running their store, perform a complete store build-out, we provide a network of suppliers, and once the store is open we continue to offer marketing, promotional, and business support similar to a franchise. For our clients all of this is a one-time cost, and we never charge franchise fees or any type of ongoing fees. Where you come in…

Obviously finding a good location is one of the most challenging aspects of the service we provide. We have an in-house team of excellent lease negotiators and site locators, but they simply cannot be everywhere at once. We are looking for commercial brokers from all over the United States and North America to help us find the premium locations that will help our clients open successful stores as soon as possible. Most of the locations we need are in between 1,000 sq. ft. and 10,000 sq. ft. but it will vary from client to client and depending on the type of business they desire to open. Other considerations include high traffic counts, good visibility, and solid demographics for the market. Ideally our clients prefer supermarket or big box anchors nearby but we will consider non-anchored and street retail locations as well. More examples include mall locations for teen stores and locations with limited nearby postal offices for mailbox stores. Best of all our clients are already approved, financed, and ready to go, they just need a place to set up. This might be one of the easiest and highest paid broker opportunities around!

How do you become part of our team? Easy…

  4. Please also email or fax site plans, brochures about the properties, leasing rates and any other useful information concerning the property that you have. The address where this information may be sent will be within the Property Submittal Form.
  5. You will soon be contacted by a member of our leasing team, and we will begin the process of securing the property if it matches the client’s criteria.
