The New Store Consultant helps by monitoring orders, staffing requirements, inventory levels, product categories and anything necessary to confirm that all the factors needed for successful operation are in place and functioning as they should.
After the first 30 days of operation, MBCD senior management will conduct (on request) a thorough, formal review of the new store's key operational indicators and provide recommendations for any improvements that may be warranted.

MBCD has probably encountered and solved any issue that a new owner may have - and there is never a fee for this continuing support!
